About Sexual Regenerative Treatments

Regenerative wellness is a holistic approach that recognizes each patient as an individual, addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual health to promote overall harmony. Core elements include regular physical activity, balanced nutrition, restorative sleep, effective stress management, and healthy relationships. Wellness is an ongoing, personal journey, and we are dedicated to supporting individuals throughout this process.

Aging and hormonal changes in women can impact self-confidence, body image, intimacy, and daily comfort. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy is a natural treatment that uses the patient’s own blood to stimulate tissue repair and regeneration through growth factors.

PRP for Enhanced Intimacy
PRP is injected into the clitoris and vaginal wall  for enhanced sexual sensitivity and pleasure.
It may also be injected into the vaginal wall to help manage symptoms of vaginal dryness and atrophy.
For aesthetic purposes, or rejuvenation, PRP may be injected into the mons pubis and labia majora to improve skin quality by stimulating fibroblast activity and elastin and collagen production. The tissue becomes more hydrated, plump and tighter tissue. This is referred to as Vulvovaginal Rejuvenation as the appearance of the labia majora may be more youthful.
PRP may be combined with hyaluronic acid fillers to restore lost volume due to aging, hormonal changes or significant weight loss.
PRP may enhance local circulation and nerve sensitivity with improved sexual sensation.
PRP may improve post-menopausal dryness or discomfort, lubrication and mid urinary leakage.
Usually done in a series of 2-3 sessions, with maintenance every 12-18 months
Hyaluronic Fillers can restore fullness and improve appearance of the labia majora. Can be combined with PRP injections.
Radiofrequency treatments may be used to address skin laxity by promoting tissue tightening and regeneration.

Platelet Rich Plasma

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy may be used for both aesthetic and sexual health purposes. For erectile dysfunction, PRP is injected into the erectile tissue and may be combined with low-intensity shock wave therapy over a series of treatments. Some studies have reported positive outcomes. These treatments remain investigational. PRP may also be injected into the glans penis to potentially enhance sensation and sensitivity.

Hyaluronic acid fillers

can be injected into or around the shaft of the penis to increase penis size, especially the girth. Some evidence suggests that outcomes may be more favorable in circumcised men.

Scrotox involves the injection of a neuromodulating toxin into the cremasteric muscle of the scrotum. This procedure can relax the muscle, resulting in a smoother appearance with fewer wrinkles. It may also help reduce sweating and alleviate scrotal pain.

Injectable fillers may be used to help manage premature ejaculation by reducing sensation when injected into the glans penis. As with all injectable treatments, potential side effects include swelling, inflammation, tenderness, or bruising. Adhering to post-procedure guidelines is important for optimal outcomes.

Regenerative treatments are still considered experimental, however research indicates the results are positive. These treatments are approved by the European Urological Society.
